  Avoid this company at all costs! They are a joke. We had to get a second restoration job (courtesy of RotoRooter), and the technician, Cameron, didn't have any equipment for cleaning/sanitizing our sewage backup. He was rude and made it very aware that he was almost asleep when he got called out. A second technician was supposed to come out the next morning and do the job and we still hadn't seen or heard from anyone by 5pm. After many phone calls we finally got an appointment scheduled for the NEXT morning to clean SEWAGE. It was very unsanitary and very unprofessional. The people we spoke to, Cody and Yanni, were rude and kept saying that I was lying about Cameron not doing anything the first night. I wound up buying a bottle of bleach and cleaning the bathroom myself due to it being a biohazard. The only reason we put up with it was because RotoRooter was covering the cost. The only good thing that came out of this was that we got our carpets steam cleaned in our entire apartment, even though the sewage (from people walking in and out of bathroom) was only in one small area. Please avoid this company by any means necessary!!!
