  I've had better experiences here than I have with some deliveries being made to my residence. As such, I typically have packages held here so that I can pick them up myself-- we've accumulated an enormous number of thieves, vandals, and scum as of late, who just plain lack values apparently. So, while it's unfortunate that I cannot enjoy the full service for which I pay in regard to deliveries-- at least I encounter friendly, and generally helpful staff upon picking up packages in person. Do take note, however, that there are differing hours when it comes to picking up packages vs. sending them out. I highly recommend calling ahead to confirm said hours, as you may well avoid issues with that 1-2min effort.
